All items purchased from Imagery Glass for domestic or international delivery via United States Postal Service are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon Imagery Glass's delivery to the carrier.
Upon Imagery Glass's delivery to the carrier, postage has been paid and the package is ready for you to receive. Purchaser is solely responsible for any additional fees, customs fees, tariffs or penalties. Imagery Glass cannot be responsible for exchange rates and your liability to pay your country's fees.
