Custom orders are always welcome. Most colors are available in all designs. All pendants come with a 32 inch black chord. We use surgical steel findings for all earrings.
Domestic Shipping
We carefully package and ship each order by U.S. Postal Service. Rates are based on shipping supply costs & shipping weight calculated per United States Postal Service guidelines. Tracking and insurance is extra based upon request.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are based on shipping supply cost & shipping weight calculated per United States Postal Service guidelines.
Important International Customers! To keep your shipping costs affordable, Imagery Glass uses first class international shipping. International shipping does not offer tracking for first class rates. All international packages will have a USPS customs form with a number provided to you in an email once package is shipped. This number can be entered in the tracking box at USPS.com and shows when and where package was shipped. Unfortunately, unless your country scans the item when it is received, the package cannot be tracked other than to show the package was shipped. Please remember, Imagery Glass is not responsible for items held up in customs.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Imagery Glass for domestic or international delivery via United States Postal Service are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon Imagery Glass's delivery to the carrier.
Upon Imagery Glass's delivery to the carrier, postage has been paid and package is ready for you to receive. Purchaser is solely responsible for any additional fees, customs fees, tariffs or penalties. Imagery Glass cannot be responsible for exchange rates and your liability to pay your country's fees.
Handling
The wonderfully unexpected attribute to handling our glass is that it makes you smarter! When handling a glass piece, hold the glass, not just the chord or earring's jump ring. Glass dropped on a rug or cushion is not the same as dropping it on porcelain, stone, or tile so take care when handling.
Care
If your glass becomes dusty, either spray the glass with alcohol or water and tenderly wipe it with soft cloth. With a little conscious care, your glass art and wearables will be there for your pleasure indefinitely!
Delivery Time
All Imagery Glass pieces are made uniquely. Because of this, depending on the detail and nature of the piece, it may take up to 30 business days before it is shipped. Shipping times begin after the product has actually shipped. Imagery Glass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to honor returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you should have any problem with the piece, please let us know. Something that is broken, more often than not, can be made whole once again.
